Our Story
There is a reason this little shop has quickly become a local Greystones favourite for great coffee, fast service, and bold New York-style flavours.
With over 50 years of real, hands-on experience — gained in high-end restaurants, busy cafés, delis, kitchens, bars, and everywhere hospitality happens in NY and Ireland— learning that great food and great coffee doesn’t need to be complicated… just done right.
